Poumaama ‘o Sa ‘Anitelu – The Guardians’ Trust Fund

The St. Andrew’s board of directors, the school administration and staff current and in the past have experienced the operating and ensuring function of the school within an academic year comes with an extreme challenge with resources every year.

We stand amazed that this cycle of challenge every year has been overcome 120 years. All Glory be to God. We are witnesses to God’s grace and blessing for this school and we remember and honor those who have held the torch and have made it their life’s commitment to continue the mission throughout the years, we regard them as guardian angels of St. Andrew’s High School, You all have been guardian angels who have delivered God’s love and protection for the school.

The name Poumaama ‘o Sa ’Anitelu was inspired by history written in the book Exodus 13: 21 God’s guidance and God’s protection for the people of Israel came from a pillar of light as they travelled through the desert.

We all have witnessed how God has provided and have sent his guardian of the mission of St. Andrew’s to survive and excel these 120 years.

This trust fund comes with two purposes;

    1. 1. To ensure that St. Andrew’s will have access to an emergency fund on real financial rainy days and if situations are sound;
    2. 2. To ensure that the school resources are maintained.

Therefore we look for this opportunity to gather together a group of trustees with a common goal and passion to come together to develop a fund which will be secure the operations of the school as an emergency fund.
