Gateway to Learning is Reading that’s why we will always need a good school library.
The school has welcomed back an old veteran and dear friend of the school to assist in the upgrade of the St. Andrew’s High School Library. Sela is retired from her Civil Work in the Ministry of Education where she was librarian for the Tonga High School Library for a number of years.
Sela remembers the days St. Andrew’s High School Library was one of the most organized, most resourceful libraries in Tonga when she was school librarian in the 70’s and 80’s. Wife of the late Mr. Viliami Vete former principal of St. Andrew’s High School in the 1990’s she recalls her heart always being at St. Andrew’s High School.
Sela has contributed a lot this year in the relocation of the school library to its initial building and have managed the arrangement and documentation of the school library.
The school looks forward into a higher standard in its library and highlighting Sela Vete’s remarks at the beginning of the year.

I still remember Sela Vete. She was my class 7 English teacher at St. Andrew. Love you Sela from the bottom of my heart ❤ ♥.
